Baba ganoush is a Mediterranean eggplant dip made from roasted eggplant, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Like hummus, it's delicious with pita or fresh veggies, but the silky texture and irresistible smoky flavor set it apart.
Shawarma
Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit. Originally made of lamb, Jaffa’s shawarma is made with slow roasted chicken. It makes an incredible sandwich, or try it with our hummus plate!
